Climate change has become an imminent threat to our planet. According to the UN, we have emerged from the warmest decade in the history of the Earth, and we are already seeing significant and life-changing effects of climate change on communities worldwide.
The uncertainty that accompanies the state of our environment also affects our mental health. Feelings of guilt, fear of loss of identity, hopelessness, guilt, and doubts of how to help - or if it is indeed possible to - are becoming a reality.
